I’m taking the day off from writing a long post because I’m currently away wi-if service for the post part and writing this on my phone.

My boys and I have spent the weekend at Anime Oasis in Boise, Idaho. It’s been our annual family trip for several years now.

This year, before the convention started on Saturday, we walked along part of the Boise Greenbelt and saw part of a memorial.

It was a firefighter memorial centered around the World Trade Center. They have a section of a beam from one of the towers.

It is really devastating to me to see all the awful things that humans can do to each other.

But we also saw s lot of beautiful nature too while on our hike.

I will speak more about the con later when I can write them from my laptop.

My numbers aren’t great this week. There has just been too much going on. Back in the saddle next week.

I did not achieve my weekly word count goal. Restarting at zero.

Yes, I wish I could cover my shame on that, but I’d rather be honest. Zero it is.

Drawing/painting last week: I got over half of Eggs at Play inked and colored at the new size. It was a great activity to do while I listened to voice actors.

Audio: I spent 4 hours editing audio.
